A collaboration with Ramses (a brew-friend from day-1) with whome we brewed several times. This specific beer we have brewed once before in 2017 and we loved it. A good excuse to brew it again. Ramses (a former biologist) names all his beers after animals. Brandgans is a type of Goose. It is a variation on a barley wine, a wheat wine. The wheat makes this a very smooth and strong beer.
