Thanks to the know-how brought by the American experts, this Imperial Stout was created: it does not include additions, but thanks to the prolonged boiling and double mash it exploits the potential of roasted malts to the fullest. The result is an impenetrable black beer, with an impressive cappuccino foam. The roasted notre are very intense, playing a lot on coffee, molasses and licorice. But what is surprising is the incredible softness and fullness of the body of this beer, a real flagship and strong point. Also noteworthy is a strong balance between the toasted component and the more familiar ones to create a perfect balance.
